What forms of payments do you accept?

Our standard turnaround time varies throughout the year, especially around holidays, graduations, and new school year. However, we try to our best to have prints completed within 48-72 hours for pick up and 5-7 days for delivery. It is always best to given a "need by date". 

We offer a variety of t-shirts including 100% cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics. We also offer different styles such as crew neck, v-neck, and scoop neck. 

Yes, we accept custom designs. Simply send your design to us via email, and we'll take care of the rest.  Additional rates may apply for custom designs.

We off full color DTF prints, sublimation prints, DTV prints and all types of vinyl including puff.

We offer custom full color DTF transfers, including DTF Gang Sheets, Sublimation transfers, custom party favors. customized apparel, posters, banners, customized flags, yard signs, car decals, magnets, graduation stoles, picture necklaces, ID chains, and a wide array of other customizable substrates. 

For DTF printing, your images should be in PNG transparent background. For banners, vector format is best. All other printing can be in pdf, jpeg, SVG

Because orders are customized and not pre-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, please email us at kaustin@bossdupdesigns.com, call/text 9016321544 within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and within 24 hours after pick-up. Boss'D Up Designs will try to accommodate your requests and come to a resolution. We are responsible after the 24-48 hour time allowed. 

Full payment is expected at the time your order is placed. If you are requesting a custom design, 50% deposit is required before designing starts. You will be allowed 2 edits for customized designs. Balance is due within 24 hours after design is approved and before printing is started. A change fee of $25 will be added for changes to your design and for more than 2 edits. 

Please be sure your images are sized correctly and free of "dead space". Images you provide will not be edited. A $25 edit fee will be added to the total if editing is requested.

There is a fee of $25+ for all orders. Rush fee is determined by the size of the order and when its needed. Party Favors rush fee: $25 if order is placed less than 2 weeks, $50 if less than 1 week.
